We stayed here for 4 days during the 2023 Chennai floods. They accommodated us including our cat. Rooms are well serviced and clean. Ac excellent. Food available in house. Really tasty. They can change the spice levels as per your request. Very friendly cook. Both Veg and Non Veg options available... The complementary breakfast is also great and different dishes are served everyday... Mineral water bubbles kept in shared space which was very convenient. Bubbles were immediately replaced. The Admin person also very Co operative and friendly. Room service has scope of improvement. Dishes kept outside your room ( in case you had dinner inside room) took days to be cleaned, inspite of reminders. ~ SUMANTRA C

I had a very comfortable stay at **Livn Stays OMR Sholinganallur**. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-maintained, making it an excellent choice for both short and extended stays. One of the highlights was the staff, who were consistently courteous, helpful, and attentive to guests' needs. Their warm hospitality made the stay even more pleasant. Although the food menu is limited, every meal served was delicious and well-prepared. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a tasty and satisfying start to the day. The location is another major advantage, especially for professionals working in **ELCOT** or the many IT companies along **OMR**. Its proximity to key business hubs makes commuting easy and convenient. Overall, Livn Stays offers great value with clean accommodation, excellent service, good food, and a strategic location. I would highly recommend it to business travellers and anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the OMR-Sholinganallur area. ~ Sudhakar S
