Customer's reviews
I am having a truly nice experience in livn stays sholinganallur....I have been staying here for more than 2 months and there are 15 more days for my staying here..I am overwhelmed by the behavior of all the staff and also the manager ( at first Mr. Prashant and then Mr. Jayanta).Food quality here is excellent especially the breakfast...Every morning we get excited and satisfied with their delicious dishes...Moreover the living rooms and bathrooms are very neat and clean....the staffs are always ready to serve us with their smile...some days ago I faced a minor problem with the a.c. ..they solved it as soon as possible...Above all the ambience here is very calm, quiet and safe....In future whenever I have to come sholinganallur I will choose the place. certainly.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Livn Stay, and I cannot recommend it enough! The atmosphere was truly welcoming, offering a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The hospitality provided by the team was exceptional—each staff member went above and beyond to ensure our experience was seamless and enjoyable.
The food was an absolute highlight! Every meal was thoughtfully prepared and delicious, showcasing local flavors and culinary expertise that truly exceeded my expectations.
Housekeeping deserves special recognition as well—the accommodations were spotless and well-maintained, making our stay even more comfortable.
Livn Stay truly sets the bar high for a home-away-from-home experience. I look forward to visiting again and creating more unforgettable memories

We stayed here for 4 days during the 2023 Chennai floods. They accommodated us including our cat.
Rooms are well serviced and clean. Ac excellent.
Food available in house. Really tasty. They can change the spice levels as per your request. Very friendly cook. Both Veg and Non Veg options available... The complementary breakfast is also great and different dishes are served everyday...
Mineral water bubbles kept in shared space which was very convenient. Bubbles were immediately replaced.
The Admin person also very Co operative and friendly.
Room service has scope of improvement. Dishes kept outside your room ( in case you had dinner inside room) took days to be cleaned, inspite of reminders.
