I would like to express my sincerely outstanding support and exceptional care throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and always available to assist. The food, especially the breakfast, has been excellent. Manager, in particular, has been exceptionally helpful and has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and experience in his role. His approachable nature and dedication to ensuring a great guest experience have made a significant difference during our stay. I wish him continued success in his career and hope he achieves even greater milestones in his future endeavors as a manager. We stayed here for 4 days during the 2023 Chennai floods. They accommodated us including our cat. Rooms are well serviced and clean. Ac excellent. Food available in house. Really tasty. They can change the spice levels as per your request. Very friendly cook. Both Veg and Non Veg options available... The complementary breakfast is also great and different dishes are served everyday... Mineral water bubbles kept in shared space which was very convenient. Bubbles were immediately replaced. The Admin person also very Co operative and friendly. Room service has scope of improvement. Dishes kept outside your room ( in case you had dinner inside room) took days to be cleaned, inspite of reminders. ~ SUMANTRA C
